Hey guys, i picked this little car up over the xmas holidays
not really sure what i will do with it yet, but i have started some repair work on it, it has a few bits of rust that need to be taken care of, the body is mostly good other wise, all the trim is in good condition to
Just needs some machinacl work done on the brakes and the brake lines and a new exsurt system
Its a quick little car, i took it off its speedo at 160mph at around 7500rpm, it didnt seem to mind or even struggle
its got a 1.6l Hemi headed (CVH) motor in it with torsion bar suspension and a 5 speed manual, only front wheel drive for now, but might get a 4 wheel drive kit for it
Not sure if i will be keeping this one as i have a few other things on the go for now, but it is a cool little car, kinda abit ugly but it go's a shit load harder than the escorts of old (and i have owned a few)
Heres some pic's

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right forum to use, but the kingswood fourm was the closest to what i have.
Just picked it up yesterday
202 blue motor with a 4spd manual in the floor
2 of every part (doors ect)
Needs a fair bit of work, but its all good fun, gives me something to do after work and on the weekends
This will be a good thread to watch for anyone who is looking to or about to start a rebuild of there own, i will be sand blasting, welding, sealing, panel beating, primmering and painting, so anyone that wants to see how it can be done will have a chance to see some rebuild work/ideas right here
Im going to be sand blasting the floor today,as i have already sorted out parts and other bits and peices, i have decided to start with the cab first on this project
Heres a few pics for you all,i will keep updating with new pics as i go along, i have been looking forward to this project for some time now, so hopefully it all goes to plan
