im a 27 year old female from Baldivis (currently in Ocean Reef til July) who has been born and bred holden.
I have always had an interest in the silvias. Finally after 11 years of wanting one I have just recently purchased my first 1991 SR20DE T25 Silvia
I have replaced a siezed water pump, bottom radiator hose, master clutch cylinder and of course with a lot of frustration of not being able to "buy then drive" after the water pump going on the 2nd day of ownership and getting my first tow! BUT with all that behind me, can start working on the fun stuff! It is a work in progress needing the removal of an extremely heat damaged "shopping list" (4.5 hours and 98% complete!),
I was looking to do a new trim and seat upgrade, new carpet and new body kit (not sure what yet) and a heap of panel beating and paint work BUT nothing a bit of TLC and cash money wont fix
It does suprisingly have R32 4 piston brakes which work a treat.... will keep you all posted on the progress
Cheers, Ree

Heya Ree!! Welcome to WCC!! I've got a soft spot for the S13s, but in feel your pain with breakages... Mine broke down 4 times in 5 weeks Sold it after that and got back into a Skyline.
Hope we see you around at a few cruises around! Good to see a few more girls in the scene
Hey thanks for the welcome I hope my car is around long enough to come on a cruise or 10 lol! Thankfully the XR6 is hot to look at so its not all doom and gloom if she does break down Im part of JUSTACE but looking to get out and meet some new ppl.
How do I view cruise info? do I have to become a financial member or something??

Welcome to the club Good to see another Silvia in the club, looking forward to seeing how your car progresses
As for viewing cruise info, there are two sections: Non-financial member, and the financial members only. Until you become a financial member you will only be able to see the non-members stuff. Don't worry though, there is usually plenty of stuff going on in both sections
I'm confused though, you said you are born and bred Holden... But you drive an XR6?

my partner is into fords, which is why he purchased the xr6...I just drove it until I could find a decent silvia worth owning

Oh ok I get it hhehe well my pay goes through tomorrow *crosses fingers* so will pay up in the morning guess I will have to do as non financial member for now.Lol, $24 a year. If you join later in the year, pay $2 less for each month. It's pretty fair
anyways your all very welcoming and i thank you for all your help *hugs* look forward to next cruise FTW!

As soon as you transfer any funds, just PM me and let me know and I'll do the rest on my end to upgrade you, and yes, $24.00 will see you through the year.
BTW. A blonde dying her hair is known as artificial intelligence, yes?
