depends how motivated ppl are, engine shop want it for a week and a half n are doin alot of work to it, acid dip block, bore, hone, maybe knife the crank a bit, full balance, assemble with the forged parts, strip the head, crack test re-assmble replace some shit, weld it up, do the oil feed, order in arp head studs, rb30 cometic head gasket, timing belt, tensioners, king bearings etc etc
they are slappin it together also so when i get it back i'll just need to put the water pump on, wack the manifolds on, p/s, starter n the other shit, drop it in then send off to ovaboost.
we'll see how long it takes, when is power cruise again? -she'll likely be on her run in tune still- if she's ready..

A port and polish would be beneficial, but not necessary. Why can't he just do the work you asked him I do?

Lol, you and me both Martin.
I'm pretty sure Hi Tech is the one we used to use when I worked in Malaga. We never had an issue with them, but that did go through a workshop. Still, awesome work, and I wanna get them to do all my machining work.
