yer went to a wrecker in malaga he has a series 2 VL there, wants $650 for the motor! dreaming! also found an n rego r31 in mandurah for $250 anyone want to tow it for me, can keep the shell, do it.

also got a bit trigger happy n bought a new turbo setup, details later ;)

Good job of the piston dude. Im suprised its not hanging out the side of the block. She must of been pulling some numbers to do that.

Is that an avo turbo?
what size actuator are you using?
Im thinking of angle mounting my intercooler, running the turbo under the radiator and having a reversed manifold..

garrett gt35r 1.06 rear housing, if u chek the pic can see the turbosmart gate with screamer pipe,
actuators are for internally gated turbos only.

getting my hands on an rb30 block this weekend hopefully, also just bought an rb20det from an r32 gts4

rb20 sold pending pick up, another rb25 block and rb30 block being picked up thursday! think i'm just gonna run stock internals in the 30.. shot peened rods, 30et piston rings. dunno what size head gasket to get

also got a new dump n front pipe n some braided lines for the turbo with speedflow fittings

this is starting to get expensive now..
also looking into pistons & a machine shop

im also relocating my battery in the boot, respraying engine bay n gettin full re spray,
dunno wether to paint engine bay to match car or just paint it black
