Another bug i have found but never got the time to look at it.
In gallery it seems that certin groups cannot upload pictures to albums. When a user tries to upload a picture, they may be presented with the following error.
[#107145] The image upload failed, please contact a system administrator
This bug issue has also been passed onto the author of the software to get corrected.

This issue is now classed as fixed. Tests confirm that all is okay now updating the gallery module to the newer version.
