I learnt something new today.
If you disconnect the battery on a late model Prado, it can cause the power windows
to do strange things. Can't operate passenger window from drivers side, loss of auto up, ect.
After a bit of research, I found this is normal and they need to be reset.
Each window must be wound down and then up at the door control for that door and held
up for 3 seconds. This resets the power window module.
This may have to be repeated at each door a few times.

Duct tape is like the force, it has a light side and a dark side and it holds the universe together.

The process is called initializing. Its really annoying. Well after you replace window motors you have to do it for which ever ones you have replaced unless that window doesn't have auto up/down then it isn't necessary.
Sunroofs has a similar process too.
