My Honda is a wreck. The paint has runs, different finishes, peel, millions of bubbles everything you can think of, then there's the overspray on my wheels, brakes, passenger door trim, boot carpet, ROOF, dented passenger seat, flat bolster, drivers side looks totally different to passenger where the pole damage was. Words cannot describe the state it looks right now.
Car is still with him saying "he can fix it".. What are my options guys, seriously.
I'm thinking along the lines of TAKING it back, getting it re-quoted elsewhere then if its more than the "work" he's done, telling him to fuck off and sue me.
What are my options? My Honda is fucked.

Legal action is the only recourse if he fails to restore it to an acceptable level.
He will probably fuck it beyond recognition. But once that happens, you should have a leg to stand on with the Department of Commerce.

Follow the steps as shown in the guide, then once every avenue has been exhausted, fill in the complaint form and lodge it. There is a section there pertaining to vehicle repair/service.
Sorry to hear about this dude, but I won't say it.
