Yes i realised this is an old thread, but I will answer the question as no one has yet lol.
I don't think there's such thing as cheap lessons unfortunately. You will be looking at about $70p/h.
RAC do a 4 hour introduction course $195 and then 2 hour lessons for $120. They work out the cheapest but you have to do the 4 hour course first THEN book 2hr lessons.
I've just booked one for the 11th of October with John - John's Advanced Motorcycle Training. If he's any good I'll share his details. But apparently he's just been offered a full time contract with WA Police to train them. So not sure how much longer he will be instructing. He charged $70 an hour and is based in Osborne Park.
