You can still love it, just from the other side! Haha.
And there is a GQ on Gumtree for $4k at the moment. You should go get that one. I'm tempted to buy it, thinking about buying another one and building that up then swapping the suspension over once it's out of the garage. Either way I do it, I'm definately going down the Holden 5L route.
While I'm here, may as well update it. Not sure where I got to past time, but I've done a bit of work to the old girl:
220mm roolight spotlights
GBE fiberglass CB aerial
Cheapo reverse light. Not enough spreadfor my liking, so I'll be upgrading to some much brighter LED lights when the roofrack goes on.
Finally got myself a spare tire
I think that's it for now... Tossing up between either buying a Milweld commercial front bar and some XLR8 sliders, or Superior Superflex arms, drop boxes, adjustable rear upper arms and heavy duty lower arms to fix the suspension. Probably going for the suspension.
I have plenty of pics, but I cbf signing out of one photobucmet account and into the other.
But I have these from Harvey:
Almost forgot, I ripped my front number plate off playing in the mud last weekend, so had to get some new ones. It looks like it just went over the pits now... Doubt the cops would buy that though.

Well, the rust hole is bigger... The bull bar has been bashed in, the bottom of it bashed up, fender and grill pushed out of line, more dents, more mud, and noticed the head gasket is leaking water externally. All in all though, she's running awesome! No point selling it now, so it'll stay around a bit longer.
I have bought another GQ, Ti model, leather interior, electric everything, auto, immaculate contition. Plan now is to get it registered and sell it and start saving for a GU 4.2Td coil cab ute.
