Well here's the build of my ss
Well the storey is i bought it just over a year ago front damaged (previous owner hit a pole) with a blown auto box box stuffed bushes and just looked like a heap of shit. got it home and it needed new tyres alternator new front end as it had a bunkie arse front on it got it over the pits ant way here's some pics as it was.
day i got it
Later on during that day
well then it was time to take it to the pits and get regoed it passed with no problems so it looked like this for a few months after that
then after about 4 months of looking and a yellow sticker later i found a proper vnss front the same colour as my car so wet and got it then it went to this also converted it to manual some time through here.
After that i was looking through my shed and found a set of fog lights i bought for my old vq stato and never fitted so then it went to this a few weeks later
and then the alternator died so was on a tow truck home and new fitted
Well got the shiny new alternator fitted and left it in the shed for a few weeks had no need to drive it then came a saturday night me and mates decided to go out cruising then something bad happened had an engine bay fire. so yet again was on the back of a tow truck
the tow truck driver was a legend rang so many tow trucks to be told to fuck off basically and even to be left on the side of the road for 6 hours with all the windows stuck down due to no electrics caused from the fire. rang midland towing he was there in 15 Min's.
any way after that could not find a 5ltr engine loom any where so me and dad made our own after 3 weeks of searching.
so finally back on the road. i found out about a track so off she went to the track day
then it was time for new grill and new rims and here's how she sits today
next plans are
High rise super charger
lower
custom boot install
respray

Ouch! Check out the rear tire
Nice looking car mate. My mate has a insanely clean VP SS, and I've always had a soft spot for it. Good luck with the rest of the build!
Any engine pics?

Looks awesome dude keep it going they are worth a bit when in good nick. I have a mate with one he has the supercharger for it but a lot of work to do to get it up and running. He has been offered up to 15k for his VN and he keeps knocking it back.

WOW this car has put you thru your pace's hasn't it. The work you have done on it has made a massive difference to the way it looks. Good work. Tinted windows maybe or do you want to keep it clean and tidy?

Tinted windows are planned just not very high on the list its a resto project that I'm making slight changes on to suit my self that i think it should have had from factory. trying to source a set of coil overs for it as well. my plan is to have it mint by the time its finished as at the moment it still needs a fair bit of work but i barley drive it so its getting there slowly.

Nice Job! I really like the new grill, makes such a difference. Id like to see some dark tint too.
When you repaint it will you keep it the same colour?

yea staying the atlas grey to me changing the colour will make it just another vn. I'm respraying it as it has a couple of faded spots and dents i wanna get fixed and paint on the roof is chipped. I'm hoping for it to be painted by the end of the year.

Its not actually a hsv bar its off a vn aero Hdt but i got the ss gear fitted as i bought it as its an original ss the front bar is off my old vn that i sold to fund the ss. the old front bar will be going to use again on another project down the track.
