I really enjoyed 3&4, but this has gone too far. By the way it's set up, I reckon that they may be getting kickbacks from steering wheel manufacturers or something.
After my last post I tried some more for another hour but didn't improve on my 3rd placing. I got to the second last corner on the last lap and had one car to pass. The fucker spun out in front of me, I tapped his car, and was disqualified. I fucked a controller by throwing it against the wall. I had to shut down and walk away. It's not fun, it's fucking annoying.
With 3&4, some of it was difficult, but after a couple of attempts you got it, jumped up, gave the TV the finger and wanked your ego. It was doable. This is fucked.

Forza 1-3 was excellent as well as Grid.

NFS Shift should have been called NFS Shit. The other NFS's were good in their arcadish sort of way but they screwed the pooch with Shift. I have been told a new NFS is out and they went back to their old way before Shit, so I'll get that one and have some fun with it.

I enjoyed Shift actually, but again it would have been miles better if you were using the G27. Fact is, driving games just aren't great using a controller, if you want the full benefit then you should buy the proper controller for them. Mind you, I haven't heard great things about the G27, apparently it's not that great so fuck paying $400 for that.

im on level 13 for A-spec, level 5 for B-Spec. AMG special event medium level is annoying, stupid AMG SLS loves to go sideways round the green!

^ Yup, just did that one. Silver in all and can't get gold for shit.
Also the full lap time is way too far to reach.

^Same. I've finished all the special events except:

Nascar intermed = some gold and silver
Nsscar advanced = bronze/cbf as its impossible with a controller (reports say with wheel, its piss)
AMG intermed = silvers
AMG advanced = silvers (AMG ones are all piss to get silver, but gold is impossible)
That champion tour thing, silver for the rally stage and the night lambo race.
I'm on lvl 21 or 22 A spec atm, haven't done 3 licenses still lol.

Gotta save up for a LeMans race car and the old school ones for the extreme races =/


Oh Allen, you'll be pleased to know the last topgear challenge is piss, I was first after 2nd corner, first lap and stayed there... Throttle control to keep it at 80kmh... its pretty gay lol

Ok, I think we need to set a day for when we all play together online.

Events I'm thinking of:

1. Own car battle: Use each of our cars IRL in the game tuned to the appropriate powers.
- Stock Supra RZ (Me)
- Stock R33 GTR LM (Rohan)
- Modded R32 GTST (Coupe, no sedan ingame..) (Allen - 350-370ish BHP?)
- Modded Yaris - lol, BHP wise, whatever.. (lunjiaow) -???
- Stock R32 GTR - (Nakkers) -???
- Modded R32 GTR - (Nay Nay) 360-380BHP -???
- Slightly Modded EVO 7 (Mate) 330-350BHP

??? indicates if they have a PS3/GT5 and willing to participate...

Ive raced Rohan already with a Supra and his LM, and its extremely close. (Correct colours apply to all cars of course. -Looks at Allen-


2. Japan Supercar battle: Use the "276BHP" catagory of cars, probably excluding the NSX cause its too quick.

3. Supercar battle: Lambo/Ferrari/Aston/etc. 550BHP max?

4. Race Car battle: JGTC/BTCC/DTM cars (NSX, GTR, M3, race cars etc)

There is actually, there are the two Blitz ER34's (both gay 4-doors ) and the GTS25T R32.

In any case, considering there are no R34 GTT coupes in the game, I shall race with the next closest thing to my car... The Mines R34 GTR N1. Fair is fair.


There is also the 2004 Holden Commodore SS and the CV8 Monaro for the V8ers in the club

So being a good game and all it should have the first turbo skyline ever, the 1980 Nissan Skyline 2000GT-ES TURBO.
I'm assuming not,
so if they have any of the following, i will join,

1981 - 1986 Nissan Skyline 2000RS-X Turbo C (known as DR30)
1986 - 1990 Nissan Skyline 2000GTS-R (R31)

Does it have any of these?

They've got 16 silvias, a micra, nissan cube, bluebirds, nissan marches in but no C211 turbo?
wtf the nissan cube? what has that done for anybody? C211 turbo was first turbo skyline ever and nissan's first turbo car and a micra gets in over it?
There's even stageas and Vseries skylines which have done nothing as far as i know.

the only model of skyline between S54 - R35 to not be in the game? WTF


in other news, R31 GTS-R and R30 DR30 seem to be in the list so a bit happier.

You could use the D1 R34 (forgot about it), but you'd have to detune it somehow.... Trevor, go get yourself 400rwhp and you can play....
Socs, use a old school skyline if you want, you can race the yaris for pinks

Yeh my bad, it's just a GTS25 not a GTS25T.

Good way to detune car, give it an exhaust restriction. Works like a charm on my car
