Tyre pressures to 40psi minimum mate.
If you've got a proper football kit, they are best to wear cause they vent air :P (Not GAYFL)

Jeans is usually the best go for long pants.

and tyre presure should be about 5psi above ur normal use so if ur running 40 run with 45 and u should be sweet

so anyone wanna join me in buying lunch i need to order tomorrow
