Step 20: Exhaust Manifold.
1: As I'm using the 3L head, my exhaust manifold gasket is different from the 2L head, so I have to use the old one. In the image below, you'll see the difference. I can relocate the studs, but meh.
Anyhoo, place the gasket onto the studs.

2: Place the exhaust manifold onto the studs and tighten the nuts and bolts.

3: Shown in the image below are the oil return and feed parts.

4: Slip the return hose between the turbo and the block, then clamp.
Place the banjo bolt onto the feed line with a copper washer on each side of the conntector. Again, don't be stingy and buy new copper washers.

5: Fit the brace and tighten the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.

I think it's a joke Socs, cos Allen forgot to remove a rag from the turbo which caused a flat spot. Brett of all people will know where a rag would go to prevent something falling into the turbo
